I just want to share my excellent experience with the folks at ConnectX. The office manager at one of my client’s offices had unknowingly opened one of those scam emails and it corrupted her computer. Luckily, I was visiting their office that day. The company owner has asked me to take a look at the laptop before it affected their network, I mentioned that I knew ConnectX and that they would resolve the issues. I called them and they guided me through their portals for assistance. They did their “magic” and that laptop fully recovered without compromising the client’s network. They also helped me with a personal laptop. The usb had lost its drivers and I couldn’t find them anywhere.
